Job Description
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalation management.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, resolve concerns, and implement solutions.
Provide guidance, training, and best-practice recommendations to customers for effective product usage.
Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to inform service improvements and strategic initiatives.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Success function, contributing to enhanced processes and operational efficiency.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
66,500 to 83,500 USD
