Job description

Position Summary

HPG Brands, a supplier of promotional advertising products, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated NetSuite ERP System Administrator to join our ITS team. As a NetSuite ERP Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. You will be responsible for resolving help desk tickets, translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions, deploying custom solutions, and participating in project management activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration and administration, particularly within the manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, 100% remote position offering salary, employee health and dental benefits, 401(k), and applicable business expenses. The position requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English and the ability to travel internationally to support HPG Brands' operations in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Candidates must have a valid, active passport and be able to travel internationally as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Resolve help desk tickets from end-users within the company, ensuring satisfaction with the resolutions provided and identifying opportunities for further growth.
  2. Identify, document, and translate complex business requirements and processes into actionable solutions within the NetSuite ERP system.
  3. Work closely with developers to deploy custom solutions tailored to the company's specific needs.
  4. Participate in project management activities such as status meetings, planning, work breakdown, and change control to ensure successful implementation of NetSuite solutions.
  5. Configure NetSuite modules, SuiteFlow/workflows, saved searches, reports, and data management functionalities to optimize system performance and meet business needs.
  6. Provide training to administrators and end-users, write use cases, and perform and assist users with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth adoption of NetSuite solutions.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve efficiency through the effective use of NetSuite.
Required Qualifications

Education and Experience: or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the key responsibilities of the job.

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite configuration and administration.
  2. Proven experience working with and implementing NetSuite in the manufacturing industry.
  3. Demonstrated experience in delivering custom NetSuite solutions, configuring NetSuite modules, SuiteFlow/workflows, saved searches, reports, and data management.
  4. Experience in training administrators and end-users, writing use cases, and performing and assisting users with UAT.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Must be bilingual (Spanish & English)
  8. Techno-functional is a plus, but not needed
