Department: Data Center Service

Description
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an Network Administrator who will play an important role in maintaining organizational policies to ensure integrity of computer systems. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the manufacturing department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The Network Administrator should have extensive experience maintaining large-scale computer systems, the ability to project manage, and excellent troubleshooting skills. Ultimately, a top-level IT engineer can design; maintain a dynamic and stable system too perfectly meet the needs of the company.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor/maintain the cloud platform operation.
  • Troubleshoot network & system issues when required.
  • Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures.
  • Document all technical procedures and user guides.
  • Respond to level 1 support calls and assign calls to proper department if required.
  • Alert and escalate issues to the 2nd level support when needed.
  • Create and manage virtual machines and administer cloud security.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or IT relevant area required; AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate preferred
  • Experience with OpenStack or Kubernetes systems required
  • Experience with MS SQL or other database system preferred
  • Virtualization, network experience or cloud Service Provider experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in an office environment and operate computer equipment for extended periods
