Position Responsibilities

  • Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules and workflows to meet business needs.

  • Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution.

  • Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.

  • Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in administering End User Computing (EUC) applications preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.

  • Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
