Your Next Career Opportunity ERP Solutions Architect
Experienced ERP Solution Architect to help shape the future of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ensure the platform delivers long-term business value. This role will serve as a strategic bridge between business objectives and technology capabilities, with responsibility for solution direction, business process alignment, roadmap planning, and cross-functional design leadership. The Architect will have the opportunity to influence a major ERP transformation, partner with leaders across Finance, Procurement, Operations, Technology, and other business functions, and help establish the future-state ERP operating model for SBA. This is a high-impact role for someone who is both business-oriented and deeply experienced in modern ERP solutions.
What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities
  • Serve as the solution authority for D365 Finance & Operations and guide end-to-end solution decisions across business processes, configurations, integrations, reporting, and future roadmap capabilities.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand objectives, assess current-state processes, design future-state solutions, and translate business needs into scalable ERP capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional solution design discussions across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Asset Management, Projects, Operations, and related enterprise processes.
  • Promote standard D365 F&O capabilities and industry best practices to simplify processes, improve adoption, reduce unnecessary customization, and support long-term scalability.
  • Develop and maintain an ERP roadmap that balances business value, operational readiness, platform maturity, technology standards, and delivery capacity.
  • Collaborate closely with the ERP Technical Lead, integration teams, data teams, security, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure solutions are business-ready and technically supportable.
  • Ensure ERP solutions and process decisions are adopted with appropriate consideration for security, data integrity, access management, regulatory expectations, operational resilience, and enterprise standards.
  • Support prioritization of enhancements, process improvements, technical debt reduction, reporting needs, and future transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, design reviews, stakeholder alignment sessions, and decision forums to drive clarity and consensus across business and IT teams.
  • Help establish practical ERP governance, solution documentation, design principles, process ownership, and adoption practices that support continuous improvement.

What You'll Need - Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of ERP, business systems, solution architecture, or transformation experience, including strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience.
  • Deep understanding of ERP business processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Projects, or related enterprise functions.
  • Experience leading solution design, process improvement, roadmap planning, capability alignment, and cross-functional business workshops.
  • Strong understanding of how ERP solutions interact with integrations, data platforms, reporting, security, master data, and operational support processes.
