ERP Project Manager (SAP)
Location: On-site in Groveport, OH and New Albany, OH
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager (SAP) to lead the delivery, optimization, and support of enterprise ERP systems across multiple sites. This role is responsible for managing ERP-related projects, leading teams, and partnering with business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of ERP solutions.
This is a hands-on project management role with a strong focus on people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and SAP ERP delivery in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
  • Manage and mentor project teams, including direct reports and cross-functional resources
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
  • Oversee SAP ERP systems (ECC and/or S/4HANA) including configuration, enhancements, integrations, and production support
  • Drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, internal controls, and best practices
  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting (CapEx/OpEx), and leadership reporting
  • Promote a collaborative, high-performance team environment

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5+ years of people management experience, leading teams in a multi-site environment
  • Strong experience in project management and ERP delivery (SAP)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementations and support
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of ERP configuration, data structures, and system integrations
  • Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources across projects
  • Strong knowledge of full lifecycle ERP implementations

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, WM, QM, PM, FI/CO
  • Familiarity with custom ERP enhancements (user exits, custom programs)
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
  • Winshuttle experience (nice to have)

Certifications (Preferred)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP
  • SAP or other ERP platform certifications
  • Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM)
