ERP Project Management Business Partner
Location: Salt Lake City or Kaysville, UT Coeur d'Alene or Meridian, ID Kennewick, WA

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Management Business Partner to oversee the optimization and strategic improvement of our enterprise software system. This role will support project managers, organizational leaders, and technical staff through effective use of our ERP, Deltek Vantagepoint. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management and operational workflows within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Experience with engineering project financials, resource planning, employee management, dashboards, and reporting is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Administration & Optimization
  • Serve as a project management and reporting subject matter expert for Deltek Vantagepoint.
  • Maintain and improve ERP configurations, workflows, permissions, and operational processes related to project management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for:

Project management
Resource planning
Employee utilization
Project financial performance
Organizational leadership
  • Understand and support project accounting structures, utilization metrics, forecasting, backlog, profitability, and operational reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal business analyst, project managers and leadership to improve ERP adoption and business processes.
  • Assist in developing company standards, procedures, and best practices related to ERP usage.

Leadership & Support
  • Provide support and training to project managers and organizational leaders.
  • Coordinate with the Finance ERP Manager and HRIS Manager for best practice approaches of integrated software.
  • Translate operational needs into practical technology solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate across operational, technical, accounting, and executive teams.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience administering ERP within the AEC industry preferred.
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting engineering or architectural project management operations preferred.

Preferred Certifications
  • Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Relevant ERP certifications are a plus.
