Technical Product Manager, ERP

The Pharmacy Hub

Fort Lauderdale, FL • On-site

$130K - $170K/yr

Full-time

Job description

About Us

At The Pharmacy Hub, we collaborate with pharmaceutical brands, manufacturers, health brands, telemedicine providers, and healthcare companies to deliver essential products directly to patients. Our expertise allows us to seamlessly distribute pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other healthcare products to consumers, ensuring greater accessibility and convenience.

About the role

We are building our own ERP from the ground up, and we are looking for a product manager to own it. This role is the connective tissue between finance, supply chain, and the fulfillment floor. You own the platform end to end, from a purchase order to a paid invoice, set the architecture and roadmap, and work hand in hand with engineering to build and continuously improve it. You read the business logic as fluently as the schema, and you turn ERP complexity into workflows people actually trust.

What you will own

  • The ERP platform. The system of record for finance, inventory, procurement, and fulfillment, and the hub that connects the fulfillment stack, client platforms, and banking. You own the architecture and roadmap, and build it from the ground up.
  • Order-to-cash and procure-to-pay. The workflows that move an order to a paid invoice and a purchase order to received stock, across AR/AP, billing, and receiving.
  • Inventory and supply chain. Real-time inventory accuracy across sites, replenishment, and lot and expiry tracking, integrated with the pharmacy and fulfillment systems.
  • Metrics, reporting, and updates. Define the KPIs that measure operational and financial health, inventory accuracy, DSO, DPO, close time, and cost to serve, report on them to leadership monthly, and keep users aware of deliverables and updates as they ship.
  • Controls and compliance. Financial controls, auditability, and segregation of duties built in, with HIPAA rigor wherever inventory touches patient data.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in product management, including building custom operational or financial systems from scratch (an in-house ERP, order management, WMS, or financial platform) in a high-volume environment. • Strong knowledge of ERP systems. Deep command of the core domains, general ledger and AR/AP, inventory and supply chain, procurement, and order-to-cash, and a solid understanding of how the leading platforms (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) model them, so what we build reflects proven patterns rather than reinventing them.
  • Business and financial fluency. You read the P&L as fluently as the schema, and understand how configuration choices move working capital, margin, close time, and cost to serve.
  • Change management. A track record of driving ERP adoption across finance, operations, procurement, and warehouse teams. The rollout lives or dies on adoption.
  • Technical and analytics range. Fluent in integrations, APIs, and data models, and how the ERP connects to the systems around it. SQL fluency to build the reports and reconciliations yourself. • Bias to action. You ship, you own the outcome, you get it done.

Preferably: a pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated distribution background, and building with AI as a real collaborator.
