Responsible for designing, developing and implementing ERP systems, and related training needs. Analyzes the current organizations business processes and drives the design and implementation of the required ERP system configuration. Supports ongoing improvements to the ERP system and conducts training to maximize the usage of ERP system. Develops user training documentation and provides maintenance and support services

  • Analyzes business needs and processes to develop, design, troubleshoot and implement the organization's ERP applications and related training needs.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes.
  • Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization and assist with training documentation.
  • Analyzes ERP system performance and resolves any issues or vulnerabilities to improve the integrity, security, functionality or application of the system.
  • Designs, generates and monitors reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications.
  • Develops user training documentation and maintains LMS courses and training aids.
  • Frequently travels on-site to train new employees and provides support on how to set up and manage the system and associated workflows.
  • Works on advanced, complex technical ERP projects requiring a high degree of technical knowledge

  • Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
