Job description

Judit Inc. is seeking an ERP Business Analyst with hands-on Banner (Ellucian) ERP experience to support a county government client's ERP assessment. The consultant will lead business requirements gathering and current-state process mapping to inform the client's modernization roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate working sessions to capture as-is business processes and requirements across relevant Banner modules (Finance, HR/Payroll, and related functions)
  • Develop clear as-is and to-be process maps using standard notation (e.g., BPMN or swim-lane diagrams)
  • Document functional and technical requirements and validate them with client stakeholders and IT leadership
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and modernization opportunities within the current Banner environment
  • Support development of assessment deliverables, findings summaries, and recommendation reports
  • Coordinate with project leadership on scope, timeline, and deliverable quality

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst supporting ERP systems, with direct Banner (Ellucian) experience
  • Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and producing process maps for government, higher education, or large public-sector organizations
  • Strong stakeholder interview and workshop facilitation skills
  • Ability to produce clear, executive-ready documentation and process diagrams
  • Able to work onsite in or near Tallahassee, FL
