  • Lead executive workshops to align business strategy with system capabilities.

  • Act as a decision-making authority on solution design across Oracle and Workday platforms.

  • Collaborate with system integrators, vendors, and business leaders to deliver enterprise-wide solutions.

  • Manage cross-platform alignment to ensure end-to-end process continuity (e.g., hire-to-retire, source-to-pay, order-to-cash).

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Champion digital initiatives such as connected supply chain, AI-driven workforce planning, predictive analytics in finance, and automation.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-platform synergies between Oracle and Workday.

  • Build long-term vendor partnerships with Oracle and Workday to influence product direction.

  • Drive business adoption and change management for ERP and SCM/Finance transformations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Strategic & Technical Expertise

  • Deep expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud & SCM Cloud (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics).

  • Knowledge of Workday Finance (Financial Accounting, Procurement, Projects, Expenses) is a plus.

  • Proven ability to design integrated enterprise architectures across Oracle, Workday, and third-party applications.

  • Broad understanding of integration technologies (Oracle OIC, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).

  • Knowledge of data governance, security models, and role-based access across both Oracle and Workday.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Experience shaping enterprise-wide ERP strategy across multiple geographies.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage C-level executives.

  • Strong governance, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to manage multi-vendor, multi-stream global programs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years of ERP/HCM/SCM experience in large enterprises.
