UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based solutions. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Atlanta, GA who will be responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply ERP ("D365")
Job Description
Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of the Finance and Supply Chain workstream for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP ("D365") including analysis, solutioning, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.
  • Ensure cross-functional design consistency by providing guidance to internal functional resources and technical development resources in key project fit gap and functional design activities;
  • Manage the project scope, timelines and quality of deliverables for the D365 ERP deliverables
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for D365 ERP implementation including logistics, supply chain, finance, accounting, and procurement processes;
  • Participate in planning activities for upgrades to customers from Microsoft Dynamics AX to D365
  • Lead functional testing to verify that the upgraded environment is behaving as expected and documenting any bugs for technical teams to address;
  • Conduct client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the D365 solution. Capture these requirements in Business Scenario Documents/ Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories per the requirements of the project.
  • Review design documents, data mapping and integration mapping written by other team members.
  • Lead conference room pilot sessions with customers on D365 for business scenarios relevant to them.
  • Lead training for D365 for clients as well as to other Unify Dots team members
  • Escalate D365 bugs to Microsoft for support.
  • Conduct 2 training sessions at Unify University every year.
  • Engage with prospective new customers and provide pre-sales solution support for D365.
  • Providing estimations for customizations, report enhancements, workflows, batch jobs, upgrades, integrations and data migration work.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Information Technology, Computer Science) or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
  • Experience with project managing the cloud-based version Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain ERP with at least two full-cycle implementations.
  • At least 15 years of total experience and at least 10 years of project management and experience with D365 and Dynamics AX.
  • Certified with at least one or more of the following Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant (MB-310), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution Architect Expert (MB-700) or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant (MB-330).
  • Brings a sense of curiosity to learn more and has an attitude to drive challenging business scenarios to an elegant solution with minimal customizations
  • Has fluent conversational and written English language skills.
  • Is able to travel domestically and internationally independently.
