Microsoft Global SI | Enterprise Transformation & Deal Ownership

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 ERP Presales Senior Manager to support complex, global enterprise transformation programs within a Microsoft Global Systems Integrator environment. This role is a key member of the enterprise sales pursuit team, responsible for originating pipeline, shaping large-scale Dynamics 365 programs, and owning the solution and technical close.

This position operates at the intersection of Microsoft-aligned sales, enterprise architecture, and global delivery, helping clients envision and commit to Dynamics 365 as a core platform for digital transformation.

What you'll do

Enterprise Pipeline Creation & Strategic Pursuits

  • Build and grow enterprise transformation pipeline aligned to Microsoft and GSI go-to-market priorities

  • Partner with Industry leaders, Client Partners, and Account Directors on strategic account planning and whitespace analysis

  • Identify and develop opportunities spanning Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and ISV solutions

  • Drive early-stage executive conversations focused on industry challenges, modernization initiatives, and enterprise roadmaps

  • Support joint Microsoft-GSI pursuits and co-sell motions

Deal Ownership & Pursuit Leadership

  • Serve as presales solution owner for major enterprise pursuits, accountable for solution strategy and technical win

  • Help to shape pursuit strategy, win themes, differentiation, and competitive positioning

  • Influence commercial strategy, including scope definition, phasing, pricing strategy, and delivery model

  • Ensure solutions are profitable, scalable, and aligned to GSI delivery standards and global operating models

Executive Engagement & Value-Led Selling

  • Support Csuite and VP-level engagements focused on enterprise outcomes and transformation value

  • Facilitate visioning sessions, executive workshops, and roadmap discussions

  • Clearly articulate ROI, business case, and total cost of ownership at enterprise scale

  • Position Dynamics 365 as a platform-led transformation, not a point solution

Enterprise Solution Strategy & Architecture

  • Define end-to-end solution visions across multiple Dynamics 365 workloads (CRM and/or ERP)

  • Design architectures aligned to global delivery, shared services, security, compliance, and data governance requirements

  • Collaborate with solution architects, industry SMEs, and delivery leaders to ensure credibility and feasibility

  • Incorporate ISVs, Azure services, and integration patterns where appropriate

Proposals, RFPs & Global Sales Support

  • Lead presales content for enterprise RFPs, RFIs, and competitive global pursuits

  • Develop executive summaries, solution narratives, and transformation roadmaps

  • Align solution responses to formal enterprise evaluation criteria and procurement processes

  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery, supporting early mobilization and handoff

Microsoft Alignment & Market Leadership

  • Work closely with Microsoft sellers, solution specialists, and partner teams

  • Maintain deep awareness of Microsoft Dynamics 365 roadmap, licensing, and industry plays

  • Support Microsoft joint-selling motions, industry events, and executive briefings

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience

  • 6-10+ years in Dynamics 365 presales, enterprise consulting, or enterprise technology sales

  • Proven success shaping and owning large, complex enterprise pursuits ($5M-$25M+)

  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP) with platform-level understanding

  • Experience presenting to C-level executives in global enterprise environments

  • Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models and global SI operating structures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with a Microsoft Global Systems Integrator

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications

  • Industry depth (e.g., Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Public Sector, Energy)

  • Experience leading formal, procurement-driven enterprise RFPs
