Job description

Why DataMap
DataMap implements and integrates the ERPs that run finance and procurement at some of the largest companies in the world, including Google: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Coupa on top of them. We are a Microsoft, Coupa, Boomi, SAP, and Oracle partner. Most of our work sits where business process meets system design.
We are a small team doing enterprise-scale work. Real responsibility comes early, and the people who trained you are still in the room. We are an AI-first company: analysts here work with AI in the loop on every project.
How we hire
Apply, and you'll get a nine-minute problem-solving assessment. That's the entire first round. Score well and you get an interview, every time. No resume black hole, no weeks of silence.
The role
ERP Analyst III is a senior role for people with extensive experience in ERP configuration, integration, process automation, and enterprise reporting. You'll lead implementations, run automation projects, and untangle complex system issues across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Coupa.
You'll work directly with finance, procurement, and IT teams on the client side. The goal is an ERP solutions leader who can drive enterprise-wide improvements and be the person clients trust on process.
What you'll do
5+ years of experience in ERP optimization and automation
  • Lead ERP implementations through configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Analyze complex business requirements and turn them into system solutions
  • Oversee data migration, integrations, and workflow automation
  • Improve finance, supply chain, and procurement processes with ERP practices that hold up
  • Work with developers and IT to refine integrations and API connections
  • Build advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI and ERP analytics tools
  • Run UAT to validate performance before go-live
  • Troubleshoot errors, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures
7+ years of experience leading ERP transformation
  • Design and implement AI-driven ERP automation for predictive analytics and process optimization
  • Own the end-to-end ERP lifecycle, from requirements to go-live
  • Manage large rollouts across multiple business units
  • Work with senior executives to define ERP practices and governance
  • Build custom modules and enhancements that extend the platform
  • Lead training programs that raise adoption and proficiency
  • Partner with third-party vendors on upgrades and compliance
Where it leads
We promote from within, and quickly for people who earn it. ERP Analyst IIIs typically move toward:
  • ERP Analyst IV - managing enterprise-wide implementations and transformation programs
  • ERP Solutions Architect - designing complex ERP ecosystems and enterprise integrations
  • ERP Consultant - leading large automation and business process transformation projects
  • Director of ERP Strategy - owning company-wide ERP governance and adoption
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 F&O, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or a similar ERP
  • Expertise in finance, accounting, supply chain, and procurement workflows inside ERP
  • Experience with ERP integrations, API management, and third-party connections
  • Strong knowledge of ERP security, compliance, and role management
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and ERP analytics tools
  • Analyzes and improves complex workflows and automation
7+ years of experience
  • Enterprise-level experience designing and executing ERP transformation projects
  • Strong background in cloud ERP, AI-driven ERP analytics, and automation strategy
  • Proven ERP project management, including stakeholder communication and risk mitigation
  • Has built ERP training programs and driven end-user adoption
  • Partners with C-suite executives to align ERP strategy with business objectives
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Unlimited vacation and a flexible work environment
  • Free catered lunch at HQ
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Health insurance with a generous employer contribution
  • Hands-on mentorship and paid certifications
Apply
If you don't meet every requirement, apply anyway. We'd rather hear from people who are eager to learn.
