Position Overview: This role will serve as the primary internal owner of the ERP system post-implementation, ensuring system stability, driving continuous improvement, and supporting critical business processes across finance, production, quality, and customer service operations.


Essential Job Responsibilities: 


     ERP Ownership & Administration
  • Act as the internal system owner for Epicor Kinetic
  • Manage system configuration, user roles, security, and access controls
  • Partner with functional leaders to ensure ERP supports evolving business needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Epicor support and external consultants
     Cloud System Management & Upgrades
  • Plan, test, and coordinate Epicor cloud updates and patches
  • Evaluate new functionality and recommend adoption were beneficial
  • Minimize disruption to business operations during upgrades
  • Maintain system documentation, change logs, and release notes
      Reporting, Analytics & Finance Support
  • Develop and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across transactional processes
     Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using ERP capabilities
  • Standardize processes and reduce manual workarounds
  • Lead or support post-implementation enhancements
  • Help establish and enforce ERP governance and best practices

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Experience with Epicor Kinetic cloud environment
  • SQL/query writing and data analysis skills
  • Prior involvement in ERP implementation or post-go-live stabilization
  • Experience with integrations, APIs
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability
  • Problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and user support skills

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • 3-7+ years of ERP administration or power-user experience (Epicor strongly preferred). Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (make-to-order, engineer-to-order, or custom production)
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools (BAQs, SSRS, or equivalent)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support      both technical and operational users
  • This position requires access to ITAR-controlled information and materials. The successful candidate must meet all ITAR eligibility requirements, including being a U.S. person as defined by ITAR.

Reports To: CFO.

Hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm.
