Job Description
A growing senior living community in Magnolia, Texas is seeking an outgoing Model Home Attendant / Sales Assistant to welcome prospective residents, answer questions, and provide a positive visitor experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, a willingness to learn the community and its amenities, and the initiative to find accurate answers when needed.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome prospective residents and guests to the model home and create a friendly, professional first impression
  • Engage visitors in conversation to learn about their interests, needs, and questions about the community
  • Learn and communicate general information about the community, available homes, lifestyle, amenities, and membership concept
  • Answer visitor questions accurately and seek assistance or follow up when additional information is needed
  • Support the sales process by maintaining an inviting model home environment and directing interested visitors to the appropriate team member
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with an outgoing, approachable personality
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with prospective residents, families, and team members
  • Willingness to learn the community's independent senior living concept and explain it accurately to visitors
  • Comfortable acknowledging when an answer is unknown and taking initiative to find accurate information
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, leasing, model home, real estate, or sales support experience is preferred
