Young exciting New York Investment Bank is searching for the perfect candidate to Spearhead its new Prime Services and Securities Financing Division(s).

The perfect candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as the Head of Prime Services.

Job Skills must include the following:

Additional Overview:

NYC based investment bank is expanding its institutional equity sales department. Duties include identifying and qualifying institutional investors (mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, family offices) to market firm\'s equity transactions, offer corporate access to investors, and book deal and non-deal roadshows both in the US and overseas. SIE, Series 7 required.

Investment Bank looking for motivated Individual to Spearhead Prime Services, Securities Finance as well as Spearhead development of new client base targeting Mutual funds, Hedge Funds and family offices. Will also be responsible to provide support to firms Prime Brokerage customers.

Individual will also be responsible for hiring and developing new team members as the business continues to grow.

College degree and Series 7 a plus. Strong work ethic, strong communications skills on the phone, and ability to work well with Executive Management Team is a plus.

Compensation:

Base salary: Salary range is commensurate with experience also Sales Commission and incentive bonuses available for the right candidate.
