IT Transformation Analyst - 3 months

Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is a shared service organization that delivers services to all Munich Re US P&C Companies and other group entities.
The Opportunity
Through projects and day-to-day activities, the IT Transformation Analyst intern will contribute to their professional development by gaining real-world experience in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
  • Conducting research for in-flight and new projects that will better help the project teams with their deliverables
  • Shadowing team members to learn their roles and how they interact in a work environment
  • Learning new technical skills such as Project Management/Agile, Systems Design and Development,
  • Maintain and organize team shared sites and document repositories
  • Preparation and creation of executive level presentations

Qualifications
Applicants, including applicants holding a valid CPT/OPT visa, who will require employer sponsorship of a visa now or in the future will not be considered for this position. Applicants must have unlimited, unrestricted work authorization now and in the future to work in the US.
  • Preferred major: Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management
  • Grade Level: 2026 graduates with an undergradaute or master's degree
  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Organized and excellent time management
  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook)

This role will be based in Princeton, NJ. The base range for this internship will be $23.00 - $32.00 per hour. The hourly estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for candidates hired in this position in Princeton. Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate will include your specific skills, level of schooling and how many years of experience.
