Dorchester Group is seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Acquisitions Analyst Intern to join our team and contribute to the full lifecycle of real estate investments. This internship provides hands-on experience in both acquisitions and asset management, with a primary focus on supporting underwriting, asset management, and market research functions.

Position Overview:

As a Private Equity Acquisitions Analyst Intern, you'll play a vital role in all aspects of real estate acquisition and portfolio management in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Youโ€™ll gain practical experience in market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and property analysis. This is a paid internship designed to provide a solid foundation for a career in commercial real estate. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

ยท Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market surveys to identify potential investment opportunities.
