Compensation: $80 - $95 per hour
Overview
Beech Valley is seeking a Senior Equity Analyst to support a logistics company with organizing and reconciling equity ownership and long-term incentive plan (LTIP) award details by employee and investor. This is an interim, onsite role for someone who is highly detail-oriented, thrives in complex data environments, and can turn messy inputs into clean, auditable schedules.
You'll partner closely with Legal, HR, and Finance to collect documentation, reconcile equity/LTIP details, and build robust reporting schedules in Excel.
What You'll Do
  • Collect, review, and organize equity and LTIP documentation (employee + investor populations)
  • Reconcile equity ownership and LTIP award details to supporting documents and source files
  • Build and maintain complex Excel schedules to capture and report equity ownership and LTIP details by employee/investor
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and missing support; drive resolution with stakeholders
  • Create clear, repeatable outputs that can be used for ongoing tracking and future reporting needs

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, equity administration support, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to reconcile large, complex datasets accurately
  • Expert-level Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivots, structured schedules; comfort building from scratch)
  • Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn/triage new source data quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally
