Job description

**Remote or Hybrid in NYC**

About Us

The human brain is the most complex object in the universe, yet most approaches to cognition are one-size-fits-all. Coffee, energy drinks, a friend's prescription: the usual options fall short. So we built Thesis and Stasis, two nootropics brands that help millions of people manage their focus, attention and the side effects of stimulants. We believe daily nootropics will become the norm, and we intend to lead that shift.

Our products work, and it shows. We've become the category's leading brand, and we're hiring people who want to bring better cognitive function to more people while helping build a new category.

We've established ourselves as the category's leading brand, with a high efficacy rate and backed by clinical trials. Now we're hiring people who want to bring better cognitive function to more people, and who want to help build a new category while they do it.

The Role

This role is for a creative leader who built a career in digital and social marketing including direct response and knows what makes people stop, click, and convert, but who is equally fluent in brand: how a company looks, sounds, and shows up in culture. We believe performance and creative taste strengthen each other, and we want someone who has proven both.
Reporting directly to the President,  you will run our content studio, own brand expression end to end, across traditional tactics as well as performance creative. You will set creative advertising and editorial strategy, build the team, and stand behind every piece of work we put into the world.

What You Will Do

Brand Expression. Own how the brand shows up everywhere: ads, product pages, packaging, events, partnerships, and earned media. Shape the visual and verbal identity, and build the design systems and guidelines that hold it together.

Storytelling & Narrative. Develop brand narratives and both long and short-arc campaigns, not just ads that convert in the moment. Bring an editorial sensibility. Direct influencer and partnership creative, and ensure the brand carries a clear point of view across organic, podcast, video, and culture.

Content Studio & Creative Operations. Oversee the in-house studio and agency partners including production across video, photo, UGC, design, copy, and editorial. Build the workflows, SOPs, asset management systems, and approval processes that let the team ship high-volume work without sacrificing quality.

Creative Strategy & Brief Ownership. Own the briefing and concepting process. Mine consumer insight from research, reviews, support calls, social comments, and anywhere else customers describe real problems, then translate those insights into strategic briefs that give the team a clear target to hit.

Performance Creative.  Lead direct-response content across paid social, email, landing pages, video, and emerging channels. Own testing frameworks, iteration cycles, and the loop between data and creative output.

Regulatory & Compliance. Develop claims that are both compelling and compliant, partnering closely with legal while protecting the integrity of the creative work.

AI & Creative Infrastructure. Stay deeply current on how AI is reshaping creative production. Go beyond using the tools to experimenting with them and building infrastructure around them, using AI to move faster, test more, and free the team to focus on the thinking that matters most.

Team Leadership. Build and manage a team of designers, writers, videographers, editors, and freelancers. Set a high bar, create room to experiment, and get the best work out of the people around you.

Who You Are

You bring 10+ years in marketing with a proven track record in direct-response creative and content strategy at scale. You have managed teams, studios, or creative departments, and your portfolio shows both performance results and real creative taste.

You think about the consumer first, not only the conversion. You study culture and competitors, hold strong opinions about what good looks like, and let data change your mind. You can present a creative vision to the C-suite and defend it.

Preferred Experience

Direct-to-consumer and/or supplement experience is a strong differentiator, particularly in health, wellness, or supplements.
Genuine interest or personal experience in cognitive health, ADHD, mood and personality are welcomed.

A Few of Our Perks and Benefits

Competitive compensation with an exceptionally generous equity package

Competitive health, dental, and vision plans (including a 100% covered premium plan for all three)

HSA, FSA, and pre-tax commuter benefits for parking and transit

Ancillary benefits through Talkspace, One Medical, Kindbody, Teladoc, Classpass, and more

401k to help you plan for the future

Flexible PTO because we respect the need for work/life harmony

Unlimited (yes, unlimited) Thesis & Stasis nootropics

A strong emphasis on promoting from within and personal development

A dog-friendly office in the heart of Flatiron

Hybrid work model
