About You

We're seeking a results-focused, innovative, self-driven, and well-qualified individual to join our talented team as an Equipment Product Management Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for updating Dymax Product manuals with an improved layout and revised content to enhance communication for first-time users. Secondary tasks will include updating other affected technical literature, performing data analysis, VOC collection, and competitive comparisons to support current business cases, and creating data synthesis tools that enable faster analysis. The position may also participate in a program to modernize equipment marketing assets.

Additionally, you will:

    • Update Dymax equipment product manuals to improve user experience
    • Review and enhance sales literature for user friendliness and quality of information
    • Collect data and create reports for key business metrics, including sales, pipeline, pricing, and margins
    • Perform VOC collection, data analysis, and competitive comparisons to support new product business cases
    • Create data synthesis tools that enable faster analysis
    • Collaborate with Marketing Communications to modernize equipment marketing assets
    • Support the creation of equipment photos and videos for use in product documentation and marketing materials

Projects participated in will require a presentation on results to a designated audience as they are completed.
