For more than 126 years, Epworth has grown and adapted to the individual needs of children and families by providing a safe and nurturing environment, evidence-based practices, and programs across the continuum of care and across the state of South Carolina.Position Summary:Licensed Clinical Counselors facilitate therapeutic services in accordance with Epworth Center for Counseling policies and procedures. Licensed Clinical Counselors provide individual, group and family counseling services to clients and significant others with substance use problems, at-risk behaviors and/or behavioral needs. In addition, provide intake, assessment, case management, referral, and intervention services as needed.Qualifications:Master's degree in social work or another license-eligible field. LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LPES, LPES-A, LISW-CP, OR LMSW in South Carolina.Two (2) years-experience working with children who have therapeutic needs preferred, not required.Must be able to pass standard background checks, including drug screen, employment physical, SLED, DSS Central Registry, and Sex Offenders Registry.
