Key Responsibilities
• Manage the EPR program, including the timeline, resources, Risk/Assumption/Issue/Decision (RAID) items, communications plan, stakeholder management plan, and change management plan
• Manage/oversee multiple EPR projects, providing guidance, coaching, and support
• Define and maintain the EPR Program Roadmap, strategic plan, and program governance structure
• Develop, manage, and monitor EPR Product Owner team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and other key metrics
• Support team development and cohesiveness
• Create tailored presentations on various EPR topics for different audience levels (including executive-level presentations)
• Keep stakeholders engaged and informed, facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders
• Lead problem solves, when appropriate, to ideate on solutions for customer pain points
• Facilitate and coordinate content for EPR Quarterly Stakeholder meetings
• Own and maintain relevant SharePoint content and Confluence pages
