About the Job:

The Epiq Discovery Solutions Consultant is a position that supports pre-sales efforts for Epiq Discovery and ensures that our clients are successfully using the product and services that support Epiq Discovery. The role of the Epiq Discovery Solutions Consultant is a subject matter expert to guide and educate client on workflow best practices while contributing to achieving revenue targets for Epiq Discovery.

The Epiq Discovery Solution Consultant will be an expert in both product, services and domain expertise in eDiscovery. The Solution Consultant will be a resource to help facilitate clients needs. Some clients may utilize the Solution Consultant as a main point of contact to help best know where to get the help at Epiq. The Solutions Consultant will be an overlay to account management and solution architect group.

The Solutions Consultant will work closely with the Epiq Discovery Overlay team - sales, product management and software support teams to incorporate product feedback, provide clarity about the impact of product needs or opportunities, and address any ongoing challenges that are impacting utilization.

Job Duties:

  • Solutions Consultant will work closely with the Epiq sales, product management and software support teams to incorporate product feedback, provide clarity about the impact of product needs or opportunities, and address any ongoing challenges that are impacting utilization.

  • Provide sale support and present solution offerings for Epiq Discovery prospective clients Expertise with Epiq Discovery and Epiq eDiscovery services, so that clients trust the Solutions Consultant as an advisor

  • Coordinate project communication with teams including sales, service delivery and clients to ensure successful project start-up and that client's requirements are fulfilled

  • Stakeholder for utilization or product-related items to partner with the teams managing the accounts, such as Sales and Client Services.

  • Drive retention, adoption and value realization within key accounts by developing and delivering mutual success plans aligned with customers' business objectives.

  • Excellent client consultative skills that foster credible client relationships at mid-senior levels of law firms and corporate legal departments.

  • Escalation resource as it relates to our products and solutions, to help guide or facilitate to the proper resources to get resolution.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

College degree or equivalent is required.

In-depth knowledge of litigation software applications including Relativity, Nuix, Equivio, NexLP and similar toolsets.

Minimum of 7 years of industry specific experience.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good presentation skills and customer service orientation.

Excellent client consultative skills that foster credible client relationships at mid-senior levels of law firms and corporate legal departments.
