Position Overview

A leading hospital is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to support scheduling systems and patient access workflows within a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Cadence modules, ensuring efficient appointment scheduling, template management, and resource allocation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, build, and maintain Epic Cadence modules
  • Manage scheduling workflows, including patient appointments, provider templates, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with front desk, access teams, and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
  • Optimize scheduling workflows to improve patient access and operational efficiency
  • Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Troubleshoot scheduling issues and workflow inefficiencies
  • Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and go-live support
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and scheduling standards
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and workflows
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users

Required Qualifications
  • Epic Cadence Certification (required)
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Cadence or patient access systems
  • Strong understanding of scheduling workflows, templates, and resource management
  • Experience with system build, configuration, and testing
