This individual analyzes, provides specifications for, and writes reports for assigned applications to support the needs of the Epic project team, leadership, and other end users/ stakeholders. This role has responsibility for reporting system support and maintenance, analysis, design, and change control of all components used to build and manage assigned reports, metrics, queries, extracts, dashboards, and other reporting tools. Responsible for validating existing foundation system reports and identifying and producing custom reporting content, optimization, and performance enhancement opportunities.Minimum Work Experience6 years Requires deep functional knowledge with 6 years of related experience in the creation and maintenance of reports and visualizations. performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and metrics.Performs and overseas data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reportsTroubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies in data extraction, transformation, or report generation processes.Collaborate with the Epic team and other stakeholders to optimize and streamline reporting workflows and processes.Stay up to date with the latest Epic reporting functionalities, features, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Provides timely and appropriate communication to business owners, stakeholders, and users on issue status and resolutionResponsible for providing training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize and interpret the reports generated.Document report specifications, data sources, and methodologies to maintain an organized and accessible repository of reporting assets.Coordinates and maintains an organized report and standard definitions library for easy access and reference for stakeholdersHelp lead the execution of long-term strategic goals for Epic report development in conjunction with end user, management, customers, and other stakeholders.Collaborates with both Enterprise Architecture and Solutions Architecture on the solutions/service design to ensure it conforms to enterprise
