Job Description Position Summary The Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in supporting partner performance visibility by building, maintaining, and delivering reporting and data solutions. This role translates data from multiple systems into actionable insights that support partner strategy, implementation decisions, and executive reporting. The Reporting Analyst works closely with implementation teams and senior leadership to ensure performance data is accurate, timely, and presented in a clear, decision-ready format.

Core Responsibilities Reporting & Dashboard Development Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards using Power BI, Snowflake, or equivalent tools. Deliver weekly referral performance funnel reports to internal and external stakeholders. Deliver monthly commission reporting within the first three business days of each month.

Build and maintain executive-level reporting covering implementation health, KPIs, and portfolio trends. Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve consistency. Document report logic, data sources, and refresh schedules.

Data Management & Integration Manage data pipelines from CRM, lead management, partner, and other business systems into reporting infrastructure. Validate data accuracy and integrity across reporting outputs and proactively resolve discrepancies. Partner with technical team members to ensure lead routing, assignment logic, and conversion data are captured correctly.

Maintain data mapping documentation across integrations. Support onboarding of new reporting data sources as new partners or programs launch. Performance Analysis & Insights Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel performance across business channels.

Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in performance data and communicate findings to leadership. Provide ad hoc analysis for business reviews, quarterly business reviews, and executive presentations. Track and report commission or revenue-related metrics by referral and lead source.

Monitor implementation KPIs, including time-to-launch, milestone adherence, and stakeholder engagement. Benchmark performance against targets and prior periods to identify opportunities for improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as a reporting point of contact for implementation and account teams.

Respond to data and reporting requests within established service-level expectations. Help design and refine reporting frameworks as the business and partner portfolio scales. Support external-facing reporting by ensuring data is accurate, appropriately formatted, and delivered on time.

Collaborate with business development and account management teams to provide data supporting pipeline and renewal decisions. Participate in recurring team meetings and implementation reviews to stay aligned on business needs and open data questions. Process Improvement & Documentation Continuously evaluate reporting processes for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Maintain a centralized reporting catalog documenting active reports, owners, cadences, and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to consolidate, automate, or standardize reporting. Document reporting onboarding processes and best practices.

Stay current on reporting and BI tool capabilities and recommend enhancements when appropriate. Key Performance Indicators Weekly report delivery: 100% on time. Monthly reporting: Delivered by the third business day.

Data accuracy: 99% or better across reports. Standard ad hoc requests: Target response within 48 hours. Dashboard freshness: Data refreshed according to agreed schedules.

Stakeholder satisfaction: Target of 4.0/5.0 or better. Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis. Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent

Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets using Snowflake, Redshift, or similar platforms. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data modeling. Demonstrated ability to build accurate, polished, stakeholder-ready reports and dashboards.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies before reports are distributed. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data findings to non-technical audiences. Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables.

Preferred Experience in financial services, insurance, mortgage, SaaS, or another partner-driven business environment. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Experience working with API-based data sources or lead management platforms.

Exposure to commission, revenue-share, or financial reporting models. Experience in a partnership, channel, implementation, or client-facing analytics environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Tools & Technologies Reporting & BI: Power BI, Snowflake, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, or similar. Data & SQL: Snowflake SQL, advanced Excel, Google Sheets. CRM & Pipeline: Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.

Project Management: Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar. Communication: Microsoft Teams, Slack, Outlook. Partner / Business Systems: CRM, lead management, API, and other integrated data platforms
