This is an execution-focused role responsible for building, testing, and validating instrument interfaces within Epic Beaker CP, starting with Coag and Heme at an initial facility before expanding system-wide and eventually into pathology.
Position Summary
The Epic Beaker Analyst will serve as a hands-on specialty-level build and integration resource embedded within a structured Beaker integration program. This individual will take instruments already deployed but not yet integrated into Beaker and execute the full build, test, and validation lifecycle with accreditation-ready documentation. The ideal candidate brings active Epic Beaker CP certification, hands-on instrument integration experience, and the ability to ramp quickly and work independently in a fast-paced, multi-facility environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build, configure, and validate instrument interfaces within Beaker CP for Coag and Heme, with potential to expand into Micro and Chemistry.
  • Execute testing and validation of instrument builds ensuring documentation meets accreditation standards for build, testing, and change control.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues across DI, RALS, Safetrace, and Cloverleaf.
  • Coordinate with lab operations, IT, instrument vendors, and the interface engine team during build, testing, and go-live phases.

  • Document build specifications, test scripts, and change control records for completeness and accreditation compliance.
  • Partner with the Beaker Integration PM on scope, sequencing, and prioritization within the assigned specialty area.
  • Establish a reliable build-test-validate cadence that can be repeated as the program scales to additional facilities.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on Beaker instrument integration and build experience, ideally within Coag and Heme.
  • Experience producing accreditation-compliant build and testing documentation.
  • Familiarity with lab instrumentation and integration platforms.
  • Ability to start immediately and work independently under tight timelines.
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Epic Beaker AP certification a plus.
  • Familiarity with DI, RALS, Safetrace, or Cloverleaf integration platforms.
  • Experience supporting Micro or Chemistry instrument integrations.
  • Background working in a multi-facility or health system lab environment.
  • Experience supporting phased, multi-site Epic Beaker rollouts.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Hands-on Beaker integration specialist who can move from onboarding to productive build work almost immediately.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough, with a track record of clean, accreditation-ready build and testing documentation.
  • Independent worker who thrives in fast-paced, execution-focused environments with minimal hand-holding.
  • Collaborative team player who coordinates effectively across lab operations, IT, vendors, and program leadership.
  • Brings technical depth, reliability, and a delivery-focused mindset to every engagement.

When working with Quoris as a consultant, you are eligible for competitive benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and a great culture/working environment.
