Job description

Epic Implementation Project Manager

Immediate and long-term opening for an Epic Implementation Project Manager to lead the final phases of a major Epic implementation supporting a new pediatric behavioral health facility. This role will oversee project planning, application build coordination, testing, operational readiness, and go-live activities while partnering with clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.

*This role will require a hybrid schedule in Dallas, TX*

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Healthcare IT Project Management experience
  • Proven experience leading Epic implementation or application build projects
  • Experience with Epic ClinDoc, Orders, Flowsheets, or Inpatient workflows
  • Strong background in project planning, risk management, integrated testing, UAT, and go-live coordination
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

  • Behavioral Health or pediatric healthcare experience
  • PMP certification
