Job description

Pain & Addiction Management
Nurse Practitioner
Overview of Job Duties...
  • Office EM visits including evaluating and treating new and existing patients, and pre- and post-operative evaluations;
  • Addiction management including medication assisted treatment, patient motivational counseling, urine toxicology testing, collaborating with additional wrap around services/social services;
  • Pain management, including new and existing pain management, image guided joint injections and nerve blocks, opioid education, safe prescribing of controlled substances, opioid rotations and opioid substitution therapies;
  • Work closely with and under the direction of an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with addiction and pain board certification;
  • Fast-paced work environment.
  • Chart completion is expected at the end of each day.

  • Per Diem Position; Daily Flat Rate. Option to Transition to Full-Time, 1099 or W2 position - We're flexible to fit your needs.
  • Initial Schedule: 3-Days Days Per Week; 28 Patients per Day
  • Electronic Health Record: EPIC
