Requirements
You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role
  • Certifications and Technical Experience
    • Current EpicCare Ambulatory certification required
    • Epic Security certification or hands-on Security experience strongly preferred
    • Epic Kaleidoscope certification or hands-on Kaleidoscope experience strongly preferred
    • Experience supporting outpatient rehabilitation workflows preferred
    • Experience with Epic Dermatology and Bones Knowledge Tracks preferred
    • Experience designing, building, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Epic functionality
    • Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and healthcare operations
    Professional Skills
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams
