- Manage user access, security roles, templates, and provisioning within Epic (including templates, sub-templates, security classes, roles, menus, activities, and profiles).
- Process and resolve access-related requests, incidents, and inquiries for Associates, Non-Associates, interns, and other clients.
- Maintain knowledge of regulations, standards, and best practices related to identity and access management.
- Protect information system assets by implementing appropriate controls to prevent unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.
- Provide customer support, training, and guidance on system access and confidentiality requirements.
- Support business goals of the department, Information Management organization, and CHRISTUS Health.
- Work with systems such as EPIC, Pyxis, Tap-N-Go, Centricity, PACS, Meditech, Active Directory, and others.
- Utilize Microsoft Active Directory for account and access administration.
- Use ServiceNow for incident and request tracking.
- Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively with strong time-management capabilities.
- Operate as a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
