AsanHealthcare Technical Consulting Senior Associateyou will:

  • Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, datamigrationand system performance of Epic systems

  • Leverage technicalexpertisein Epic modules providing support tooptimizethe systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes

  • Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions andparticipatingin discussions on operational and technology improvements

  • Identifyopportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Active Epic certification (must be current)

  • Minimum3years of Epic experience supporting revenue cycle or patient access workflows

  • Experience with financial clearance, referrals, or related revenue cycle domains

  • Strong understanding of operational workflows within hospitals or healthcare systems

  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate business needs into Epic solutions

  • Project management experience with Epic implementations

  • Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times youare required toprovide high-level services remotely
