Epic Implementation Project Director - FLEXIBLE LOCATION (Travel required)
Job Overview
Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Epic Implementation Project Director to join our team. As an experienced Epic Implementation Project Director at Impact Advisors, you'll develop, implement, and communicate Epic project strategies, plans and processes, including leading large-scale Epic implementations and managing client relationships. You will work with client implementation teams at major healthcare organizations to ensure Epic Implementations are fully staffed and timelines are met. You'll foster excellent communications, strong teamwork, and customer service so that the organization(s) you support can deliver world-class patient care.
Responsibilities
  • Taking projects from dream to delivery. With at least six years of successful Epic implementations in your background, you know it takes focus, prioritization and a sense of humor to get it all done.
  • Managing medium to large-scale projects with medium to high complexity, including planning, budgeting, resource management, deliverables development, timelines, issues and risks.
  • Developing new business within the project, identifying new business elsewhere in the client environment and assisting with developing proposals, RFPs, etc.
  • Using Epic Systems for several years, managing multiple implementations and cross-functional teams and utilizing certification in at least one Epic module.
  • Contributing knowledge gained through other Healthcare vendor knowledge, certifications and/or credentials.
  • Traveling, as necessary, to client sites to perform required tasks.
  • Interacting with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings.

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience of successful Epic implementations.
  • 6+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects with medium to high complexity, including planning, budgeting, resource management, deliverables development, timelines, issues and risks.
  • 6+ years of experience developing new business within the project, identifying new business elsewhere in the client environment and assisting with developing proposals, RFPs, etc.
  • Experience utilizing Epic Systems for several years, managing multiple implementations and cross-functional teams and utilizing certification in at least one Epic module.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 6+ years of professional experience leading Epic implementations is required.
  • Current/Prior Epic Certification is preferred.

Skills and Competencies
  • Proven experience leading Epic implementations.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Plan, budget, communicate issues and risks.

Additional Information
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, as needed.
  • Work schedule is typically M-F.

This role has a salary range of $175,000 - $250,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range accounts for various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
