Job description

Responsibilities
  • The Data Courier Administrator and Environment Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic EHR environments.
  • Oversees build migrations through Data Courier, coordinates release activities, and promotes governance practices.
  • Works closely with application analysts, technical teams, and operational leaders to deliver seamless upgrades and ongoing system enhancements.
  • Maintains a stable and efficient Epic ecosystem enabling clinicians and staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience are required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant IIS, clinical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Epic Certification: Certification in one or more Epic modules is required. Experience as Data Courier preferred.
  • Knowledge of change control, testing methodologies, and release management practices for enterprise healthcare systems.
  • Familiarity with Epic technical infrastructure and the ability to partner effectively with technical teams to support system stability and performance.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in systems integration, data management, healthcare IT, and workflow automation.
