Anesthesiology Opening in Richmond, INDayton 30m; Cincinnati 60m* Independent contractor model (1099)* Join a group of 13 independent contractor physicians. * The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery (including interventional, regional), cath lab, healthy peds (down to 6 months), occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks.* Primary Call 1:11 (currently taking the post call day off)* Epic EMR* 14 operating rooms* Main campus includes - inpatient/mother baby unit, inpatient and outpatient surgery* Inpatient/Outpatient ASA with opportunity for ownership in Hospital Joint Venture Surgery Center* No neurosurgery* No CRNA's or supervision* Hybrid compensation model with daily base rate and production component allowing for high income potential.* There is income/vacation parity from day 1.* Signing Bonus221 bed level 3 trauma center.
