Position Overview

A leading hospital is seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc) Analyst to support inpatient clinical documentation systems within a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for the design, build, optimization, and support of documentation tools, including flowsheets and provider notes, to enhance clinical workflows and ensure accurate patient records.


Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, build, and maintain Epic ClinDoc modules
  • Develop and optimize clinical documentation tools, including flowsheets, forms, and provider notes
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
  • Ensure documentation workflows support clinical efficiency and regulatory compliance
  • Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Troubleshoot system issues and workflow inefficiencies
  • Assist with system upgrades, optimizations, and go-live support
  • Maintain and update documentation for system configurations and workflows
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users

Required Qualifications
  • Epic Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc) Certification (required)
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Epic ClinDoc or clinical documentation systems
