Job description

  • Build, configure, test, and maintain Epic clinical applications (e.g., Cupid, Ambulatory, Inpatient, ClinDoc, Orders, Willow, ASAP, etc., based on assigned module)
  • Support clinical workflows including documentation, order entry, medication management, care planning, and clinical decision support.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Participate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with physicians, nursing, ancillary departments, quality, safety, and operations teams to translate clinical and operational needs into Epic configuration and technical build.
  • Facilitate workflow design sessions and serve as a subject matter expert for Epic clinical functionality.
