Epic Certified Analyst โ€“ Multiple Modules

Contract | Remote to Onsite | New York

We are seeking experienced Epic Certified Analysts to support a largeโ€scale Epic implementation across multiple applications and specialty areas. These roles are ideal for professionals with strong handsโ€on Epic build, configuration, and optimization experience within their certified module.

Analysts will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to support system design, build, testing, validation, and goโ€live readiness across the enterprise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, configure, test, and maintain Epic functionality within assigned module(s)
  • Analyze currentโ€state and futureโ€state workflows with operational and clinical stakeholders
  • Translate business and clinical requirements into effective Epic solutions
  • Support integrated testing, issue resolution, and validation efforts
  • Troubleshoot application issues during implementation and optimization phases
  • Participate in build reviews, workflow discussions, and crossโ€functional meetings
  • Create and maintain documentation for system design, build, testing, and changes
  • Support goโ€live planning, endโ€user readiness, and postโ€goโ€live stabilization
  • Ensure application build aligns with Epic best practices and organizational standards
  • Collaborate with other Epic teams to ensure proper crossโ€application integration


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst
  • Handsโ€on Epic build experience within certified module
  • Current Epic Certification in at least one eligible module (see below)
  • Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or enhancements
  • Strong understanding of workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problemโ€solving skills
  • Ability to work onsite in the NYC metro area when required
  • Comfortable using own equipment
  • Available to start ASAP


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large health system implementations
  • Goโ€live, hypercare, and postโ€implementation stabilization experience
  • Experience in complex, integrated Epic environments
  • Multiple Epic certifications
