As an experienced Epic Hospital Billing professional, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects without the extensive demands of travel. Our Epic Hospital Billing Analyst will be a primary member of the Epic support team. This role is a hybrid role. PTM Epic Hospital Billing Professionals will support/coach/advise our Client's Project IT Team with tasks throughout the implementation cycle - Design/Workflows, System Build, Testing, Upgrades, and Activation while minimizing extensive travel. Work you'll do/Responsibilities
  •   Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Epic Certifications required
  •  Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that work is executed with precision and in alignment with  established guidelines and quality standards
  • Provide Epic design, build, and testing expertise and experience for assigned Epic module
  • Follow guidelines for complex to critical issue handling and ensure that the team follows them
  • Manage application enhancements, break-fixes, standard applications changes and maintenance activities
  • Attend team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, work tasks, and issues
  • Responsible for work assignment & prioritization across shores
  • Coordinate with the offshore team for continuity of build, deployment and support

Qualifications

Required:

  •         Current Epic Hospital Billing Certification
  •       3+ years of experience with required module(s) development & application maintenance
  •           3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environment, or healthcare setting
  •          Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
  •          Ability to identify issues, prioritize and problem solve to resolution
  •          Superior communication and customer service abilities
  •         Team player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative environment
  •      Perform build activities in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing modules
  •      Analyze workflows, propose and implement improvements using Epic tools and personalization features
  •      Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  •      Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  •          Familiarity with Epic Hyperdrive build environment
  •           Experience with all aspects of testing lifecycle - unit, system, integrated testing
