Data Entry Specialist

Location: Euless, TX (100% Onsite)

Duration: 3.5-Week Contract

About the Opportunity

We are seeking 10 Clinical Data Entry Specialists to support a major healthcare organization's Phase 3 Epic Go-Live initiative. This project is focused on integrating newly acquired clinics and ensuring accurate migration of patient information into Epic.

The ideal candidate will have strong data entry experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with Epic workflows. You will play a key role in abstracting patient records, converting schedules, and ensuring critical clinical data is accurately transferred into the new system.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and validate patient information within Epic
  • Abstract clinical records and transfer data into the new system
  • Review, organize, and migrate patient data during system conversion
  • Support patient scheduling and schedule conversion activities
  • Assist with patient registration and demographic updates
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all patient information
  • Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to ensure successful Epic go-live support

Required Qualifications

  • Previous data entry experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Experience working with Epic or similar healthcare systems (CC1 experience also considered)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting an Epic implementation, go-live, or data conversion project
  • Familiarity with Epic Cadence workflows
  • Experience with patient registration, scheduling, or medical records
