Managing changes in design, supply chain delays, and unforeseen site conditions also requires adaptability and strong negotiation skills. Successful EPC Project Managers foster collaboration through regular meetings, transparent reporting, and proactive problem-solving, which helps to minimize conflict and ensure project milestones are met.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an EPC Project Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as an EPC Project Manager, you need expertise in engineering, procurement, and construction processes, typically backed by a degree in engineering or project management and several years of industry experience.
