Gulf Coast Region
Salary: $90,000/year

Are you goal driven? Then the Program Director position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team.
As the Program Director, you are responsible for supporting and improving Center operations, data capture, customer flow, report writing and general operating capabilities.
Essential Functions:
โ€ข Work with leadership team and contractor's staff to ensure that customer flow, service delivery, and data management are efficient and effective
โ€ข Provide ongoing support for operations and technology
โ€ข Strategically facilitate business-driven job placements as an active member of the leadership team
โ€ข Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to performance tracking and compliance
โ€ข Evaluate performance with respect to contract obligations and draft quarterly team goals
โ€ข Manage ISO compliance and audits
Education and Experience Requirements:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree is preferred
โ€ข 5-10 years of relevant leadership experience
โ€ข Experience managing large-scale projects and driving change initiatives, including efforts requiring as-is process mapping and the design and rollout of new processes and standard operating procedures
โ€ข Ability to gather and synthesize information from a wide variety of people and sources
โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
โ€ข Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
