As a Mental Health Counselor, your duties will encompass a range of essential tasks, including:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and a commitment to understanding clients' unique experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring effective management of therapy sessions and necessary documentation remotely.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will stand out:

• Previous work in a telehealth setting, demonstrating familiarity with digital communication and virtual therapy tools.
• Experience with diverse populations and understanding cultural competencies in mental health.
