• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients via safe and secure video conferencing tools.
• Deliver ethical and compassionate counseling, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth.
• Guide clients in developing essential coping strategies and enhancing their problem-solving and communication skills through active engagement and support.
• Document progress and outcomes with minimal paperwork requirements, allowing more time for direct client interaction and support.

Your clients will primarily be stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. You will play a crucial role in their lives by providing evidence-based interventions that help them manage anxiety, stress, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will empower them to build resilience, achieve personal goals, and improve their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Proficiency in conducting independent sessions without requiring supervision.
• Strong integrity and ethics in practice, with no disciplinary actions on your licensing.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by computer literacy, ensuring quality interactions in a digital environment.
• A reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted counseling sessions.

While it is not mandatory, experience in a community health setting or familiarity with remote counseling platforms is highly desirable. Exposure to diverse populations will enhance your ability to connect with clients and tailor your therapeutic approach to meet varied needs.

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
