In this vital role, you will:

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions utilizing secure video chat technology, ensuring you provide a safe and confidential environment.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to create personalized interventions for clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific mental health needs and goals of each client.
• Facilitate therapeutic conversations that help clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
• Monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to promote effective coping mechanisms and overall well-being.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults presenting various mental health needs. By working with this population, you will have the opportunity to impact individuals who seek to improve their quality of life through the development of coping strategies and emotional resilience.

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possess an active and unrestricted license to practice independently, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional license statuses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional communication skills that demonstrate empathy and compassion for clients.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital communication platforms necessary for remote therapy.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy:

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Experience with particular demographic groups or specific therapeutic interventions relevant to our clientele.
