• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

You will work with a diverse array of clients ranging from individuals struggling with mental health disorders to those seeking personal growth and emotional resilience. Our client population includes adults, adolescents, and families who benefit from your empathic and compassionate care, transforming their lived experiences into a path toward healing.

• Current and valid state licensure as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in California.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude essential for creating a safe therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage time effectively in a busy practice.

Previous experience in a mental health setting, particularly within residential treatment or detox facilities, is ideal. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, cultural competency, and a proven ability to establish therapeutic rapport are highly valued.
