Job description

The Opportunity:
At Allied Sports, presentations don't just support the work-they sell the idea. We're looking for a Presentation Designer who understands that great design is about clarity, storytelling, and impact. Someone who can turn complex ideas into compelling visuals that are refined, strategic, built to sell, and impossible to ignore. And a systems thinker who knows how to fully utilize PowerPoint to build scalable, branded templates for many use cases.
As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in concepting and executing creative across a wide range of projects-from digital and print to presentations and experiential activations. You'll collaborate closely with our VP of Creative Services, Experiential Creative Director, Senior Designer, and cross-functional teams including Strategy, Brand Marketing, Experiential, Partnership Development, and Talent to deliver compelling visual solutions.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly shift between projects-bringing ideas to life across both physical experiences and traditional/digital channels.
You'll contribute to everything from brand identity systems and presentations to environmental graphics and live event activations, ensuring cohesive storytelling across every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:
  • Concept and design across digital, social, presentations, print (small and large format), and experiential branded environments and activations
  • Contribute to the design of event spaces, environmental graphics, and sponsorship activations as part of larger integrated campaigns
  • Design and create materials for client projects, including signage, print/digital ads, marketing collateral, premiums, and other branded assets
  • Collaborate with Experiential, Production, Strategy, Partnership Development, Talent, and Account teams to ensure cohesive execution across projects
  • Translate strategic ideas into visually compelling narratives and presentations, including decks and case studies for business development
  • Prepare production-ready print files for a variety of formats, including large-scale applications

Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency, sports, experiential or entertainment environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, experiential and environmental design
  • Interest in and exposure to designing for physical spaces, events, or branded environments
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic or multimedia design (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint
  • Experience with print production, including large-format and environmental graphics
  • Understanding of materials, fabrication processes, or spatial/wayfinding systems
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to have, but not mandatory:
  • Experience with motion design, animation, or video tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere)

Considerations:
  • Base salary: $75-85k annually
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri)
  • This role is located in either LA or NYC

Base salary represents the salary range that Allied Sports, in good faith, might be willing to pay for this job at the time of this posting. Actual base salary depends on several factors, including market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), and level of responsibility. Allied Sports expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Allied Sports would consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range only in truly exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position.
