Graphic Designer | Michels Communications – Sioux Falls

We’re growing fast and need a graphic designer who can jump in and keep up.

Michels Communications is looking for someone who knows their way around InDesign inside and out and can confidently design clean, polished layouts across multiple publications and platforms.

This role is heavily focused on:

  • Lifestyle magazine ads and editorial layouts
  • Real estate guides and print publications
  • Social media graphics and marketing pieces

You’ll be working closely with our sales and leadership team to bring ideas to life, often on tight deadlines, so being able to manage multiple projects and stay organized is key.

We’re not looking for someone who needs a ton of hand-holding. We need someone who:

  • Has strong, real-world design experience
  • Can move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Understands layout, typography, and clean design
  • Communicates well and takes direction easily

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Adobe InDesign (this is a must)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects at once
  • Degree in graphic design or related field preferred, but experience matters most
