Electrician Trainee

USA in Springville, UT, is seeking motivated Electrician Trainees to join our team. Responsible for maintaining knowledge on all basic production equipment in the plant, performing final assemblies on all equipment, and performing basic programming/troubleshooting of electrical and control systems.

WHAT YOUโ€™LL ACCOMPLISH:

  • Maintain equipment by the use of PM systems in AMM
  • Maintain accurate records, log sheets, and accounts for all time in AMM
  • Maintain good communication with all departments and supervision.
  • Model the Springville Compass in all work-related activities.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have an Associate's Degree in Electrical or Electronics.
  • Must be willing to work Saturdays, Sundays, and shutdown, plus any shift as needed.
  • Must be able to work as a team with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to attend training classes.

Skills:

  • Able to complete assigned PMs correctly and on a timely basis.
  • Have good mechanical aptitude, as well as electrical, and be knowledgeable of tools.
  • Ability to keep and maintain a good attendance record.
  • TPM experience preferred.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
